To make gel wax you need to find CP9000 thermoplastic resin powder. Help?!

I want to make a wax or gel, but I can't find the ingredients. It is called thermoplastic resin powder or CP9000 polymer resin. I can't find it anywhere on the internet ... does anyone know where I can get this item or if I can find it? Any help is greatly appreciated!
