Unless they are affixed to letters or packages, stamps are not valid and are always worth the price printed on them.

The new unlimited postage stamp applies regardless of the postage cost of the first key. After purchase, a never-ending stamp is conceptually a permanent stamp that never runs out and never loses value.

Preferably before the date.

As long as it is not attached to the letter or order, the stamp will not expire and its value will always be listed on it.
