Receives The UPS or FedEx driver usually collects the package to be sent and carries it to the premises via tr, or alternatively, the package sent to the FedEx or UPS mailbox for their branch office (e) Available).

I assume you have lost a package and you are on FedEx.
Local FedEx Office means FedEx's location is closest to you.
Better go to UPS next time :)
